is a French-born, Montreal-raised, Mexico-based photographer whose work explores human connection, presence, and everyday life.
Her passion for photography began
during extensive travels through Central America, Australia, South Africa, Europe, and Indonesia, where she discovered the people she met were the true subjects that made each experience unique and memorable.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Translation in Montreal, she completed a certificate in color photography and began working professionally as a portrait and event photographer, including commissions for weddings and commercial projects.
While living in Mexico for over a decade, she balanced her artistic practice with creating an art tour, raising a child, opening a children’s café, and founding a school - yet photography remained a central part of her life.
Recently, Nadja's work has returned to exploring contemporary social phenomena, including
the impact of mobile technology on human presence and interaction, forming the foundation of her ongoing project, Mirror, Mirror.
